I was to start teaching for MSCR 1 1/2 weeks ago, but my co-instructor taught that night while I observed and participated. It was a great opportunity to see how she led the class and it was quite different than the protocol class since the majority of participants have been involved for several sessions. This made me rethink how I wanted to teach this class gong forward.
Well, the new exercise class space at work got emptied and cleaned and it's a perfect space! This meant we were we able to hold our last Strong Bones class on Monday. Unfortunately, it was raining outside so not many folks wanted to walk outside to the building next door where the exercise room is located. But there were 4 and they got a good workout. I based the workout on the MSCR class I observed last week. Strong Bones at work has come to an end at this time.
