Ahhh, a week in Florida!
After living there for 11 years, but being back in Wisconsin for 15 years, we forgot what summers in Florida can be like. That was the purpose of this trip. Do we really want to move back permanently or would we rather be snowbirds when we retire?
During our first two days, we drove to the panhandle and visited a few cities along the way as well as Panama City Beach and Fort Walton Beach.
After panhandle travel, had four restful and relaxing days at the hotel. Great to see friends that live north of Tampa one night!
Research findings: 1) Being snowbirds is more appealing 2) still like Clearwater area 3) wait until Jim is 55 before we think about buying a place to stay
Do you have any advice for us? Leave me a comment as to where should we live when we retire and why?
I am a late bloomer in the fitness world. At the age of 45 I received my group fitness instructor certification and two years later my health coaching certification.
