Hmmm...not out of the country or watching TV or babysitting or moving. So what have I been up to? Teaching two Strong Women classes per week, getting the house ready to sell, visiting family in Iowa and Oklahoma, battling a spring cold, working, trying to eat at least 4 fruits and vegetables per day, doing at least one new thing each week and walking.
I am a late bloomer in the fitness world. At the age of 45 I received my group fitness instructor certification and two years later my health coaching certification.
