Class exercises consisted of a warm up, standing leg curl with ankle weights and side hip raise with ankle weights. We then moved on to an overhead press and tricep kick back with hand weights. Everyone's favorite wall sit! Next were bicep curls and 1-legged balance. Time for the abs - crunches and elbow planks. 40 minutes had passed and it was cool down time.
I end each class with a wellness tip and today's tip was, "Are All Greek Yogurts Created Equally?"
